Privacy notice
Indexo is operated by Wallcrea LLC. This notice explains what we collect when a supplier views or claims a profile, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Company information drafted from public sources, such as your website and published project news.
- What you send in the claim form: your name, role, work email and phone, your answers about each project, corrections, project locations, and your permission choices.
- Photos and documents, only if you send them and agree that they can be shown.
Why we use it
- To build and correct your company's profile.
- To call or email you to confirm the details you sent.
- To ask one other party on a project to confirm a credit before it is marked as verified.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your contact details for advertising.
Where it is stored
Claim form answers are stored in a database operated for us by our hosting provider. Only the Indexo team can read them.
How long we keep it
We keep contact details for as long as your company's profile is active. If your profile is removed, we delete the contact details you sent within 30 days.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
- Withdraw permission to show photos or documents at any time.
- Ask us to remove your company's profile entirely.
